She has become a highly sought-out facilitator in manufacturing, healthcare, and universities across the country and through her consulting organization, Kaizen Ninja. After making such a strong impact with process improvement, Kirsten connected with 2 powerhouse women, Andrea + Chanell, who are also passionate about running and growing businesses and Cofounded the Empower Her Collective – a community to ignite empowerment in each woman to launch and grow their dream business! Together with her team, Kirsten coaches and supports women who are rising together to make an impact in their communities and change their legacies for their families. When Kirsten is not launching businesses, you’ll find her enjoying outdoor adventures with her family and friends including mountain biking, hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
